The new Pixel King support Sony ADI-TTL, TTL, M modes, provide 7 selectable channels and 3 different groups. Both transmitter and receiver use 2xAA size batteries and have an USB-socket to allow firmware updates. The hot shoe of receiver is for mounting remote speedlites while the hot shoe of the transmitter is not a TTL pass through shoe and can not be used to mount on an additional speedlites. The hot shoe of transmitter is meant to introduce a separate control unit (dubbed “N-ETTL”) that can be mounted in it and to be used like the PocketWizard AC3 Zone controller.
